[Samba] ACL not working under 3.0alpha22

[Jeffrey D. Means]

When trying to change ACL entries with win xp or samba smbcacls I can
not effect any changes to the ACL’s.  Any Ideas??
 
Command used to generate log file ‘smbcacls //bast/profiles . –U
meaje%mypassword –C meaje –G “Domain Admins”’
