winbind: can't join DOMAIN with smbpasswd

The server list takes a while to refresh. If you wait long enough it will go
out of the list. To check it try to delete the server again, you will get a
msg saying pretty much the same.

Okay, here's what happens: I hilight the account in Server Manager
on the PDC and hit delete. I say go ahead and remove it from the
domain, but it never actually leaves the display. Is it deleting
properly?
