2.0.3 and PDC functionality?

Hi all,

How's the PDC Functionality of 2.0.3?  I know a while back there was something
broken, then someone mentioned a patch that fixed it.

Is the patch still required or has that been folded in ?  If it's still 
needed, what's it called (all I could find at the ftp site were diffs) and 
where can I find it.

And, finally, (I know it's still considered alpha), how's it working?  Do you 
all consider it reliable enough for production?
