not that you should be configuring two samba servers to both be the domain
master anyway: this is a stupid thing to do.
except for multiple 1.9.17 samba servers, which have the capability to
fight amongst themselves for providing (redundant) domain master (and logon)
capabilities.

1.9.16 _must_ be the WINS server: it cannot cope with registering its
netbios names with another WINS server of _any_ type.
