I had also posted them feedback and received the same response.
I replied
 - that they have it the wrong way round: their app is currently
incompatible with one or more platforms.
 - with an explanation of Java being platform independent, blabla...
using Sun's original Java JM, ....
 - that they could engage their customers to test this kind of stuff,
that supporting platforms is basically as simple as that.
