[jcifs] NtmlHTTPAuthentication Filter

Yes, ok, still I wonder why - with the same settings - everything
works with jcifs 0.9.6, but not with 1.1.7 anymore...

and NTLM authentication also works directly from the IE to windows
servers, even though this checkbox is disabled.
