[jcifs] Another small quirk...

In the above, I'm querying for SMB://user:passwd@/
There's no server or workgroup specified.  The result should be a list of 
local workgroups.  (That's what the URL string says...)

Instead, I get the list of shares made available by the LMB.

Hmmm...
