[PATCH] Update 'restrict anonymous' in smb.conf.5 manpage

Yes, i know. 

But if you set guest ok = yes on the share and a win10 client is deny access, what happens. 
People will think samba is the blaim, messup there config, while its windows its setting. 
Then they mail the samba list.

A note, maybe shorter about this : 
Guest access in SMB2 disabled by default in Windows 10, Windows Server 2016 version 1709, and Windows Server 2019
Might help here. 

I did send the link for you as referal to check it if im correct here, so you dont have to look for a source. 
I tried to make it easier for you. Im not a programmer im the end user. 
I just try to think 2 ways, dev's and end users. 
I'll always follow the dev's, they rule but i must obey end-users. 
So im always inbetween..
