[PATCH v2] Samba RADOS service registration

Please find a new version of the patchset attached, with the following
changes:
- use rados instace guid instead of hostname for instance string
- drop per-share metadata TODO
- avoid multiple rados_shutdown() calls from child processes
- add documentation for new ceph:service_user_id parameter
