Build broken without lmdb.h

Hi!

I just tried to build master on some Ubuntu box and it failed with:

[1328/4409] Compiling lib/ldb/tests/ldb_msg.c
../lib/ldb/tests/ldb_kv_ops_test.c:67:18: fatal error: lmdb.h: No such file or directory
compilation terminated.
Waf: Leaving directory `/home/slow/git/samba/scratch/bin'

This seems to be caused by the latest lmdb merges.
