Patch to remove the sock_exec code, my understanding is that this was
originally test support code and is no longer used.
Comments and reviews appreciated
Gary.

Subject: [PATCH] source3: remove sock_exec
Remove the sock_exec code, this was originally test support code. The
tests using the sock_exec code have been removed. So the sock_exec code
is now unused and should be removed.
