We have the SERVERID_UNIQUE_ID_NOT_TO_VERIFY in Samba. Sometimes we
explicitly do not want to check the unique id. We can of course do the
if-statement in Samba, doing process_exists or the new one based on
the serverid we are given. I just thought that for the new control
we'd have to throw an error anyway if the pid to check does not exist.
So I thought that with the SERVERID_UNIQUE_ID_NOT_TO_VERIFY we could
replace the old process_exists one. But if you prefer both separate
controls, I'm fine with that of too.
