[PATCH] Fix client code for database attach to support replicated databases (bug 12978)

Hi,

The recent changes to database attachment code include:
- addition of replicated databases, and
- calculation of tdb_flags based on the database model.

The old client code was (partially) fixed, but not complete.

These patches add a test to ensure that databases (for all models) are
attached with correct flags
when node is down and after a node is restarted.

Please review and push.
