Looks fine on OpenBSD, fwiw.

BTW, quotas don't really work out of the box on OpenBSD because our
quotactl(2) has strict permissions checks, the kind of checks that lead
to the HFS_QUOTACTL_WAR "hack".  I'm not proposing to extend the use of
this define yet, though.
