[PATCHES] Fix and update example nfs-ganesha-callout

Hallo,

Attached you'll find a set of changes I've been working on for the 
sample
nfs-ganesha-callout script we carry in master. It's been expanded in
functionality, and works well enough for my needs thus far, though it is 
not
yet universal so it's being left as an example.
