found a reference for centos-6/RedHat-6 here
https://bugs.centos.org/view.php?id=10727
https://access.redhat.com/solutions/2176521
This bug seems to be introduced with kernel|||kernel-2.6.32-573.15.1.el6
|
RedHat recommends, if someone runs into the problem, staying at
|kernel-2.6.32-573.14.1.el6|
until the bug is fixed (in 6.8 or in a next 6.7 kernel)

Hansjörg
