ctdb and setting environment variables early in startup

apparently it does clear HOME ... but
   export HOME=/root

in /etc/ctdb/ctdb.conf didn't help

(if anything it was worse, but hard to prove that since so many junk
messages get logged for LTTNG HOME warning)
