Update of Heimdal to current master

While working on and fixing https://bugzilla.samba.org/show_bug.cgi?id=
11539 for a client, we needed to update Samba to current Heimdal.  That
let us test the version of the fix we ported to Heimdal master (as all
patches to our internal heimdal copy are required to be). 

In my import-lorikeet-heimdal-201601080020-on-master branch you can see
the update.

(The later patches be metze were also all merged upstream).

I realise we are very close to switching to MIT krb5, but I don't want
the only other option to be from 2011. 

I'm not proposing a merge right now (it fails tests, and I would like
to know why if only to rule out a broader samba issue), just giving a
heads-up that I've done some more work here.
