[PR PATCH] build: Build *_wrapper without -DNDEBUG for in-tree use

There is a new pull request by abartlet against master on the Samba Samba Github repository

build: Build *_wrapper without -DNDEBUG for in-tree use
These binaires are not installed, so are only used in make test,
and there we need debug output.
