[PATCH] Mark nbt port and dgram port as deprecated

These parameters are left-over from the merge, in they are not used in
the source3 code, even where these ports are handled (eg nmbd).
As such, I would like these deprecated, hopefully for 4.2 (I realise I'm
very late), so we can remove it for 4.3.
We do not have xxx port options for many other services, and are
entirely inconsistent about which services we allow to run on arbitrary
ports. The main SMB server is the only one I think we should allow
configuration of.
