4.1.11: "Not enough storage is available to complete this operation" when adding user

Hi list,

Today something awkward happened to our samba domain controllers. When
adding a user I get the following error:

Windows cannot create the object <username> because:
Not enough storage is available to complete this operation.

I added a user earlier today, but even after restarting both samba 4 DC's I
get the same error. Is this a known problem in 4.1.11? What is my best bet
at fixing this, upgrading to latest samba 4 or further debugging the issue
at hand?
