SMB2 FSCTL_VALIDATE_NEGOTIATE_INFO as a client

Hi,

here's some patches which implement FSCTL_VALIDATE_NEGOTIATE_INFO
in our smb2 client library. And a few other SMB2 related fixes.

Please review and push.
