[CTDB] [PATCH] Check "write" return value

hello,

I'm sending again this patch, as I got no response. It seems to be not
that pedantic, as I got a strange ctdbd behavior lately, that looks
like unchecked return values of file operations (Will do a separate
thread for this).

As usual, attached are some ctdb patches.

I enjoyed the new ctdb.service (systemd unit file) which works well on
Debian also.
