Proposal to remove zlib from the Samba tree.

In a recent audit we found that our embedded zlib had windows .objs
embedded in it.

In zlib 1.2.8 (the current version) they've removed these .objs, but I'd
rather remove a library from the tree than carry it around for someone else
to step in later.

I actually have the removal patch done, and it wouldn't be much work to do
the upgrade patch.  I'm wondering what the consensus of the community is.
