SiteLink: Replication interval doesn't work.

I've set up 2 samba4 DC, which are in different site.

I modify the replication interval of SiteLink to '15 minutes' through 'Active 
Directory Sites and Services', but it does not work: the replication is done 
immediately.  (I create an OU in DC of site A, and it immediately pop-up in DC  
of site B after refresh.)

My samba version is 4.0.5.
