Strange DNS PTR records

No, this seems to be a different issue.

I assume, you've already done a valid kinit. Otherwise add "-U Administrator"
at the end. 
Please post the outcome of:
samba-tool dns zonelist your_dns_server

One reverse zone like "4.10.in-addr.arpa" should be listed.
Now use:
samba-tool dns query your_dns_server 4.10.in-addr.arpa @ ALL

Post this outcome, too.
