Patch: NetServerGetInfo - Changing SMB server version for Samba

Hi,

Please find attached a patch that changes the Samba server version from 
4.9 to 6.1 in the NetServerGetInfo call (this mimics Win2K8R2 per the spec
). While creating a share thru' MMC, the selection of offline caching 
property is greyed out  for older versions (4.9 in our case) of server. 
The patch lets the offline caching be set during share creation.
