Benefits of having a samba-latest.tar.gz for Samba4

samba-latest.tar.gz should bind to the latest stable release, that is currently
samba-4.0.1. There was indeed a mistake, so the links pointed to the 4.0.0
release, but that has been fixed now. Thanks for the catch!
