Use -R not -rpath on Solaris and friends

Hi

afaict the waf build on Solaris (and derived platforms) links binaries with -rpath which of course doesn't work on Solaris.

Amongs other things this resulted in winbindd linking with /usr/lib/libidmap.so instead of the Samba private libidmap lib.
