Some more fixes in the attachment for the code to set and get nfs4
special IDs. With this I can set and get the ACLs through a windows
client running against the fake nfs4 share.

What's quite surprising to me is the denymissingspecial parameter.
Are you aware of a filesystem that rejects nfs4 acl's without these acl
entries? These entries should be optional right?
