Make copy_smb_filename not return NTSTATUS

Hi!

While looking at smbd code again, I came across the silly
copy_smb_filename API. I wanted to change this for ages,
find the patchset under

https://git.samba.org/?p=vl/samba.git/.git;a=shortlog;h=refs/heads/filename

This is a silly huge set of patches, I'm certainly willing
to squash them into a lot fewer patches.

Please review & if it's ok, push.
