REVIEW requested for patches for 4.0.5

4.0.5 closes today, but sadly I've been unable to get review on these
patches (this query shows all patches I've filed asking for review not
assigned to Karolin):

In particular, this includes the changes required for 'samba-tool
dbcheck --reset-well-known-acls', which we need to that we can encourage
users of Samba 4.0.0 to upgrade and finally drop the 'acl:search=false'
workaround.  

I'm sure others joined me in taking a break away over Easter, but I'm
really hoping we can get these into 4.0.5.
