Hi Andrew

Yes, I take your point. We are thick, stupid trolls who should not even 
be on the list. In fact we're not trolls and we are here to try to help 
others less fortunate than ourselves.

We have read the mailing list and can find no reference to said.
Please simply tell us what to do to lose the error.  Thank you.
