New added DNS entries are not resolveable

This was my fault in this example. I forgot the "." in the end of the entry I 
had requested. "host -t A marc.muc.medizinische-genetik.de." was the correct 
command. Without it, the search domain from resolve.conf was added (what was 
on the test environment "localdomain" at this moment).

Amitay meanwhile found the issue: In dns/sam.ldb.d there should be hard links 
to files in sam.ldb.d, but this got lost and so there were two different 
databases.
