Samba4 success as a peer-DC to Windows 2008 ... plus some questions.

Hi Andrew,

I can definately replicate it because it took 3 days to track down trying
different things.

Here is how you do it:

1) Setup a windows DC
2) Run samba-tool join DC for a machineA
3) Kill machineA for a couple of days (in my case 3 days)
4) Join machineB using step 2 - crash on samba-tool join.

The windows machine should start flagging error messages saying it has not
been able to replicate for a number of days. Using ntdsutil.exe to clean up
the machineA entries makes step 4 work.
