Volker and Metze,

I wondered if you could keep the source4/lib/cmdline common credentials
in sync here, and add --pw-nt-hash there as well?  The hooks in the
credentials subsystem (cli_credentials_set_nt_hash) are all in place,
just not exposed here.

It would also be great if we could test this in make test, in the
blackbox tests for smbclient (3 and 4).
