Are you restarting Samba often?
If so, then this is very normal - Windows clients hope that the server
is still up, and that they can continue to use a per-netbios-name shared
session. We however don't keep that database around after a reboot, and
so they must renegotiate it.
I'll stop publishing those messages at level 1.
