ntacl and upgradeprovision patches

So the merged branch available here:

Contains series of patch that build and pass tests on my computer 
(andrew: I rebased the whole stuff to add the patch that fixed the build 
error that you had).

Matthias: I think that andrew wants you to try to compile and run a make 
test on this branch to see if you have tests errors or not.

Please note that when I run make test on my computers I had errors even 
with the master branch so I'm rather encline to say that they are not 
caused by my patches.

In any case let me know what error you have.
