We should be able to do a bit better than we do at the moment - we can
skip every argument that starts with a "-". However, it'll be hard to
skip options with arguments that are specified separately (--configfile
smb.conf rather than --configfile=smb.conf) since we don't actually know
the possible arguments yet when we try to figure out the subcommand
that's being run.
