Query in Encryption algorithm.

Since Samba Code itself has the DES encryption and decryption logic. 
Can it be used to US ? 
If Yes, 
Can you please let me know ECCN and CCATS numbers if any.

It provides full encryption/decryption of data.
It is not restricted to hashing.
