Here I disagree. I do see semi-async code as evil, as it
made debugging of the s4 winbind code I wrote long ago
impossible to debug for me. I remember various occasions
where I had to just give up finding problems and ask you to
debug my code.

Very likely it is that I am just too stupid or my mind is
too limited to grasp it, but semi-async code holds too many
suprises for me. I get the impression that it is close to
threaded code where nobody around really expects threads.
