[Patch] Plumb set/remove id mappings from wbinfo down to idmap_tdb

Hey Jerry,

 

Attached are two patches which expose the idmap_tdb ability to set and
remove mappings all the way up through wbinfo.  Could you please code
review them for me and I'll push them up.

 

I've added a new winbind command: WINBIND_REMOVE_MAPPING.  Should I
increment the minor version number of libwbclient to signify this
expansion of the API?
