[PATCH] using NGROUPS_MAX instead of 32 for the max group value in rep_initgroups() subroutine in lib/replace/replace.c

Just a small one liner to make use of NGROUPS_MAX instead of hardcoding 
the max group value. 

NGROUPS_MAX is defined (if not already defined) in 
lib/replace/system/passwd.h which is included in lib/replace/replace.c
