Bug? in v3-0-test, printing/printing.c:print_job_start(),
line2399 ~ 2403, job's user name will be in lowercase.

But is it now the *right* behavior :-). We now are much better
at splitting out the Windows name and UNIX name and would be
better placed to allow multi-case Windows usernames (IMHO).
