could it be that the first included header isn't "includes.h",
"lib/replace/replace.h" or "config.h"?
We had this problem in the build farm too. Otherwise
I need more context the generated Makefile, config.h
and at least the header section of the failing .c file
and the full error message (including the compiler cmd line).
