RootDSE netlogon attribute NtVer values?

I think that this should be designated MS-CLDAP as Microsoft implemented
their own Connectionless LDAP protocol before the work being done by the
IETF.  I don't know the status of the IETF CLDAP, or how closely Microsoft's
implementation matches that work.

As I recall, Anthony Liguori did a bit of work on MS-CLDAP.
