Samba3 build farm can't execute smbtorture4 anymore

Another thought: it may be useful to have separate v4-0-stable and
v4-0-test branches once Samba 4 moves to Git just like Samba 3 has.
Samba 3 could then rely on the v4-0-stable branch for smbtorture.
