[SAMBA4] Time for another tech preview?

That is what surprised me.  I looked at the build farm, and my first
thoght was 'the build farm/make test is broken'.  That's because I've
only every seen it that green (for Samba4) when we fail to pick up the
breakages.

I'm very, very impressed, and I want to take a snapshot of this great
work.
