[SAMBA3] [PATCH 2/2] fix smbclient prompting behaviour

Hi all,

The attached patch fixes the smbclient prompting behaviour for both
systems that have libreadline and those that don't. Interactive prompts
are always emitted to stdout and non-interactive mode never prompts at
all. If a log file is specified, we avoid spuriously closing stdout.
