Windows 2003 SBS2003 account was disable

Hello

I have create on remote server (w2k3) account and..

if I create new account:
net rpc user add my_user -S SBS2005 -Uadministrator%my_password
>is OK new account is created(Added user my_user) 

but if I make this command:

net rpc user info my_user -S SBS2005 -Umy_user
is error.... 
"Could not connect to server 
"The account was disabled."

How activate this account?
